As the Social Media Manager/Digital Marketer, you will collaborate with leadership, customer service, and sales teams to enhance brand awareness, social media following, customer engagement, influencer partnerships, and innovative digital opportunities. Responsibilities include designing social media strategies, creating diverse content, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing data, and additional marketing duties.
Requirements:
- A genuine and friendly personality suited for written and visual communication
- Experience in creating social media strategies, content calendars, and analyzing data
- Success in producing compelling branded content on Instagram and TikTok
- Passion for staying attuned to social media trends and engaging authentically
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and growth tactics
- Knowledge of social SEO practices, Meta Business, and TikTok for Business platforms
- Skills in graphic design, copywriting, video production, and data analysis
- Project management abilities, problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
