Job Description

Solid grasp of web design principles and a good understanding of front-end web technologies required. Excellent understanding of user experience design for the Web, mobile, and touch devices required. Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision required. Experience in writing detailed design specifications (IA, work flow, page functionality and layout, etc.), which technology developers use to build the product required. Must be a self-starter that can create schedules and define scope of work even when there are no clear requirements and direction required. Strong ability to communicate your design, defend your design decisions, and respond quickly to business needs required. Proven ability to set the design direction for your projects and to collaborate with other designers working in the space required. A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment required.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional UX design experience required
• 8+ years professional UX design experience preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
