Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Photographer’s Assistant to join our team. As a Photographer’s Assistant, you will work closely with our professional wedding photographers to ensure smooth operations during wedding photoshoots and provide excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wedding photography industry and contribute to creating stunning visual content.

Duties:

• Assist photographers with carrying equipment, lighting, and staging couples during weddings
• Prepare and organize photography gear, ensuring everything is in working order
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage and assist with photography and video production using Adobe Creative Suite
• Assist with photo manipulation and post-production tasks using Adobe Creative Suite
• Manage social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and promoting our photography services
• Ensure color management consistency throughout the editing process
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients during photoshoots and addressing their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of photography techniques, equipment, and software
• Proficiency in photo manipulation software Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with clients in a professional manner
• Basic understanding of a wedding day’s events
• Basic understanding of social media platforms for managing accounts and promoting content

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
