Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer to join our team, focusing on enhancing the usability and efficiency of our internal platforms. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in understanding the end-to-end workflow of our users, considering how our internal teams engage with the legal market and capture data through digital touchpoints. Your expertise in crafting intuitive and accessible designs will be instrumental in driving positive user experiences within our internal tools.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- User-Centric Design: Develop intuitive and seamless user experiences across internal platforms.
- Accessibility Advocacy: Champion accessibility design principles for inclusivity and usability.
- Collaboration with Tech Teams: Bridge design and technology communication effectively.
- User Testing: Conduct rigorous user testing to validate design concepts.
- Data-Informed Design: Use qualitative and quantitative data for design decision-making.
- Service Design Mapping: Visualize and optimize the user journey for improvement.
- Change Management: Guide internal teams through the adoption of new tools and processes.
