Job Description

Crawford Group is seeking a UX and Visual Designer to lead the redesign of a flagship product marketing website. The designer will work on creative concepts for brand positioning and product marketing, apply user-centered design principles, conduct user research, create exceptional design solutions, design interface elements, develop UX mockups, implement responsive webpages, and troubleshoot user experience problems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a B2B product marketing environment, expertise in large-scale website design projects, experience within a corporate in-house agency, a solid understanding of marketing, up-to-date design software knowledge, strong communication skills for collaboration, proficiency in Figma, Jira, Asana, and Slack, familiarity with HTML, CSS, Chrome DevTools, and WordPress, and a portfolio showcasing diverse project artifacts.

Location

Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the client’s NY city office, with flexibility for more office days based on business needs.

Duration and Rate

Part-time role (20 hours per week) from April to September 2024, with a rate of $60-$65/hour as a W-2 consultant of Crawford Group.
