Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content across various platforms. You will be managing and posting for 30-50 brands per week on FB & IG, and sometimes others.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to quickly grasp a brand’s aesthetic.
• Write clear and compelling copy social media posts based on brand aesthetic.
• Be available to fix content and content changes requested by customers.
• Be organized and on top of the brands assigned to you.
• Schedule M-F for posting every Monday on an approval calendar. Must be available to quickly fix client changes.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role

- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce, and web content best practices

- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools

- Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with CANVA and HOOTSUITE, ECLINCHER, or similar scheduling platform

• Depending on how fast you can work effectively is how many hours you will work per week. After 6 months pay goes up to $350, then another 6 to $400. Our current workers spend about 20 hours per week managing 30-40 social media accounts.
