Job Description:

To join the application development team to help shape the vision for our products and drive cohesive narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. You will partner with other members, engineers, and business partners to create amazing user experiences that engage, enlighten and transform our customer’s journey.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience designing responsive web applications and/or mobile-first applications.
• A comprehensive understanding of UX Design and best practices.
• Experience designing using either Figma or Moqups.
• A portfolio of work listed on your resume that showcases your problem-solving process along with finished design work.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex research, data, and customer strategies into innovative end-to-end experience design concepts.
• Lead large-scale initiatives, prioritize work, and take ownership of completion.
• Create overall IA, user stories, workflows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and final visual designs.
• Think conceptually and systematically, considering scalability while ensuring quality and detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present design rationales to senior leadership.
• Experience with HTML and CSS, and ability to design vector graphics using Illustrator or similar tools.
• Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with strong analytical and communication skills.
