Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for leading the Front-end / Web UI development efforts. They will be required to develop UI frameworks, libraries, and components using React and other relevant frameworks. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with users to gather UX feedback and provide design suggestions based on identified problems. Strong knowledge of Web Development, performance tuning, code profiling, and best practices is essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science
• 10+ years of experience in Front-end / Web UI development
• 3-4 years of experience in ReactJS & Redux
• Proven experience as a UI Tech Lead
• Ability to create standardized UI frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Web Development technologies like ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Structures, and Algorithms
• Experience in performance tuning, code profiling, and best practices
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
• Working knowledge of Unix / Linux
• Experience with version control systems, packaging frameworks, and devops

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of Core Java
• Working knowledge of relational databases (preferably SQL or DB2)
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
