Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our clients end customer’s team on a contract basis. You will be a key member of their development team and be responsible for leading the build and establishing the initial foundation code for the existing projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of front-end solutions using Next.js, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and design and implement innovative features.
• Establish best practices and coding standards for front-end development.
• Participate in Agile sprints, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front-end Developer, with a focus on Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, delivering high-quality code within sprint timelines.
• Ability to lead and drive technical discussions, influencing decisions that impact project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Other Information

Location: Hybrid – Ad-hoc travel to Birmingham

IR35 Status: Outside IR35
