Lead Front-End Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Front-End Developer to lead our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of front-end developers. As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for driving the front-end development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and visually appealing web applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a focus on leadership and team management
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certification in Front-End Development
• Previous experience in a lead or managerial role
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and integration with front-end systems
• Experience with performance optimization and web accessibility
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles

Other Information

Compensation: 0.25% to 2% Equity

Project Duration: 6 months

Part-time - 16 hours per week
