Job Description:

The Graphic Designer at TheirCare will be responsible for driving campaigns for over 400 service locations across Australia. This role involves creating visual representations in both print and electronic media, working on a variety of projects and media using design software, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations.

This part-time position involves working three days a week at the Head Office in Glen Iris, with some flexibility for remote work. The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Marketing Manager, work on various projects such as web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, and materials, and be responsible for updating and maintaining internal content libraries.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• 3 or more years of experience with design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of merging variable data with InDesign, working knowledge of WordPress, and content management systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.
• Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with a can-do attitude.
• Video & Photography editing experience will be considered favourably.
