Job Description:
As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients to determine their design needs and preferences, develop design concepts, create project plans, coordinate with vendors, oversee material purchases and deliveries, and stay current with industry trends. You will need to be proficient in using the 2020 program, bilingual Spanish is a plus, possess strong sales skills, and be confident in helping clients interpret their design needs.
Requirements:
- B.A. in Interior Design or equivalent
- Proficiency in 2020 Design and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of design principles and techniques
- Excellent sales skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Other Information:
- Full-time position in the showroom, no remote work available
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to jobsites
- Some Saturdays required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Portfolio showcasing previous projects recommended
