Job Description
The UX Designer will be responsible for driving transformative UX solutions by conducting user research, translating insights into actionable strategies, conducting usability testing, staying updated on design trends, and promoting collaboration within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Visual Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of UX design experience, preferably with projects in B2B digital transformation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic UX thinking and exceptional project execution
- Proficiency in Figma and various research methods
- Proven client engagement experience and exceptional communication skills

Success in this role includes contributing to successful digital products, delivering user-friendly and innovative design solutions, enhancing client relationships, and embodying the company’s core values.
Additional Information
- Nice to have qualifications include a Master’s degree in Design or related fields, understanding of front-end development, and experience with Agile methodologies.
