Job Description

Web Tech Fusion is seeking a Part-Time UX/UI & Graphic Designer to create custom-tailored digital marketing strategies by implementing human-centered design processes. The designer will be responsible for creating website layouts, digital graphics, and social campaign visuals, ensuring designs align with clients’ brand standards.

In this role, the designer will work on delivering intuitive digital experiences, conduct user research, create visual elements, collaborate with stakeholders, and conduct website testing to enhance user satisfaction and usability.

Requirements

Qualifications for the position include a strong creative ability utilizing tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, a functional understanding of web design techniques, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Other requirements include excellent communication skills, adaptability to feedback, attention to detail, productivity, and a dedication to organizational objectives.

Applicants should have a portfolio showcasing their qualifications, at least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, be located in the Eastern time zone, and be available to work remotely for 20 hours per week during specific times Monday to Friday.
