Job Description
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a creative flair, innovation, and excellent communication skills to fill the role of Social Media Manager at JillFit. In this role, you will create and execute social media strategies across various platforms to grow our brand. Collaboration with the CEO is crucial to devise and execute social media strategies. The specific focus right now is Instagram growth, with potential future expansion to TikTok and/or YouTube. Experience leveraging social media, utilizing Messenger bots, and content creation using Jill’s voice are essential for this role.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of social media management experience
- Strong community management skills with a focus on content creation, follower growth, and engagement
- Ability to bring campaigns to life via storytelling and create an engaged community
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media trends and tools
- Self-directed and able to work independently with a proactive approach
- Willingness to experiment, track results, and pitch ideas to the executive team
- Previous experience with online educational businesses is a plus
