Job Description

The main function of the Art Director is to oversee the design, preparation, and creation of web projects using a variety of new media software applications, techniques, and tools. This person will be involved in UX, wireframing, and visual design. They will also manage a design system and work closely with creative leads, writers, UX designers, regional marketers, stakeholders, dev teams, and strategists to implement cohesive visual branding, voice, and tone. The role includes executing top-quality visual design work for digital platforms and developing style guides, design assets, user interfaces, infographics, and iconography.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a talented, versatile, and strategic Digital Art Director with strong visual design and UX design experience. They should be a design fundamentalist with a rational and innovative mindset, able to extend visual language while considering both aesthetics and functionality. Candidates must be experts in Figma, have a good design sensibility, and possess product design experience with knowledge of design principles and UX. Skills in after effects with light motion are a bonus.
