Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at OneSeven Technology, you will be responsible for designing mobile and web experiences across various client projects. This role involves working on projects from inception to completion, collaborating with strategy and development teams, engaging in usability testing, and leveraging data to make informed design decisions. Additionally, you will be involved in internal projects, assist the marketing team with graphic design tasks, and participate in presenting and collecting feedback on designs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in user experience design, interactive design, user interface design, or a related field. It is crucial to have an intermediate level of English proficiency, be proactive in problem-solving, value data-driven design decisions, and possess strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in agile environments, a passion for making an impact through design, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively are essential. Previous agency experience and the ability to conduct research while working are advantageous. Candidates must be accountable in a fully remote environment and be willing to contribute to team growth and operations.

• OST’s Headquarters is in Miami, Florida, with employees working remotely worldwide from main locations in Miami, Mexico City, and Buenos Aires.

• The onboarding process for this role includes initial office work in Buenos Aires to accelerate learning and collaboration with the CEO and Engineering lead before transitioning to a hybrid approach.

• Compensation is contract-based starting at $1000 - $1500 depending on qualifications, with no formal benefits packages available currently, and a trial period of 2 months before reevaluation.

• The role involves a hybrid work model with some days in the office and remote work, during typical EST work hours. Candidates must be open to 1-2 in-person interviews in Buenos Aires.
