Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at OneSeven, you will be responsible for designing mobile and web experiences across various client projects. You will collaborate with strategy and development teams, conduct research, present designs confidently, and follow agile methodologies. Additionally, you will work on internal projects, assist the marketing team with graphic design, and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in user experience design/research, interactive design, or related fields
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Experience in agile environments
• Passionate about making an impact through design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Previous agency experience is a plus
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and solve problems
• Accountability in a fully remote environment
• Desire to contribute to the growth of the team and operations

• Location: Miami, Mexico City, Buenos Aires
• Hybrid work model with some in-office presence required
• Contract-based employment, freelance options available
• Starting salary range: $1000 - $1500, with no formal benefits initially
