Job Description:

The Junior Editor will support the Global Studio Services team for video projects and work with multiple internal teams. Responsibilities include media management, project coordination, visual storytelling, animation, and post-production support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ingest, backup, organize, and transcode media
• Create dailies, stringouts, and selects
• Compile necessary assets for post production
• Output materials for color and sound
• Collaborate with creative team on content development
• Create animation and motion graphics
• Manage video files and asset library
• Work on various narrative structures: live action, news, reality, comedy, etc.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of post-production video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, audio, lighting, and color correction
• Experience in video production and post-production processes
• Familiarity with Mac OS and iOS operating systems

Nice-to-Have Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with After Effects for animations and motion graphics
• Strong skills in Google Suite applications
• Studio environment experience
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Understanding of cameras and microphones

Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers an hourly rate of $35-45/hour based on experience. ASG LLC provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
