Amazon Listing video for my jewellery product

As an e-commerce entrepreneur, I am currently in the planning and researching stage of a personal project and I am looking to hire a freelance videographer. The project involves creating a 30-45 second Amazon listing video to highlight and showcase a necklace, which is my first private label product. For this project, the freelancer should be at least a beginner with costs ranging from $15-$75. I need the project delivered in the next 2 to 3 weeks and I have set a project budget of 300 USD.
