Job Description

Waymon Chapel Church is seeking a talented Keyboard Player to join our Worship Arts Team on a part-time basis. As a Keyboard Player, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall worship experience.

Requirements

• Proficient in designated instrument with the ability to read music and/or play by ear.
• Previous band experience within the local church/ministry.
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to assist in creating, coordinating, and leading a worship experience with a team.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Musician for specified church services.
• Assist in planning and implementing music and instrumentals.
• Assist in training and coordinating the praise and worship team.
• Assist the Worship Leader with department planning and project implementation.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistent and timely attendance at all rehearsals and services.
• Present and visible in the sanctuary at all services.
• Be positive, fun, enjoy serving, and have a high-capacity for multitasking.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Additional Information

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour

Ability to Commute: Brierfield, AL (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
