Job Description
In this role, you will maintain the creative direction and identity of the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, overseeing a team of graphic designers. You will own and update branded materials, manage design concepts and technologies, and present branded assets to stakeholder audiences. Reporting to the AVP of Digital Marketing, the role involves managing the design team remotely during Washington, DC business hours.
Requirements
- 7+ years of design with people leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Creative Art Director/Branding Director
- Experience with Asana project management or other PM software
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team of graphic designers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe XD, Spark, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills for presentations and updates to stakeholders
