Job Description
Chase International is seeking a skilled part-time Graphic Designer to join their Real Estate Marketing Department in Sparks, Nevada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing collateral to showcase properties and engage the target audience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate or property development
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work, especially real estate marketing materials
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ON-SITE position
Additional Information
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
