Job Description:

We are offering a UX/UI Fellowship for an individual passionate about working in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will assist the Senior UX Designer on various projects, from wireframing to usability testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior UX Designer to enhance our products
• Work within an Agile environment with the development team
• Conduct primary and secondary research for experience requirements
• Create user flows and design concepts while meeting business requirements
• Ensure designs are inclusive and accessible to all users
• Present designs to team leads and stakeholders, and participate in user testing

Experience/Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently graduated in a design-related field
• Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and research methodologies
• Ability to improve designs based on data and user feedback
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and experience with accessibility testing
• Effective communication skills, experience with HTML/CSS, and eligibility to work in the United States

Other Information:

• This fellowship has the potential to lead to a full-time position
• All positions at the company are paid, including internships
• Salary range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, 30-40 hours per week
• No experience required, under 1 year of experience preferred
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, remote work location
