Job Description

Stefanini Group is seeking a Software Engineer for the WorkTech Team. This role involves working in a full stack software engineering team utilizing Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming methodologies. Tasks include paired programming, test-driven development, continuous integration, and daily deployments. The Software Engineer will collaborate with other team members, product owners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Experience with microservice architectures, including gateway, authentication, and config services
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins and hosting solutions such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of zero downtime, blue-green deployment, database schema management with h2 and Liquibase
• Experience in migrations for updates and new data centers, OAuth and ADFS authentication, and integration with third-party services like LDAP, O365, and WebEx
• Familiarity with HIPAA and PII data handling and encryption

Experience Required:

• Willingness to engage in Pair Programming on a daily basis
• Strong communication skills for a paired-programming environment
• Passion for skill growth and tackling challenging problems

Education Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
