Job Description

Responsible for providing production services in general audiovisual work and worship services with an emphasis on audio production and engineering. Responsible for operating and maintaining audio systems for GGMBC, overseeing worship services, events, and video shoots, especially in the sanctuary and rental venue space.

• Set up and operate audio/video/lighting equipment
• Participate in equipment research, procurement, and maintenance
• Prepare venues, assist content creators, ensure safety, and provide professional support

Requirements

Education and Desired Skills:

Must be familiar with digital audio consoles, specifically Allen and Heath, and have formal education or at least two years of relevant experience. Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills are required.

Physical Demands:

Sitting, standing, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, and fine motor skills.

Other Qualifications:

Must be a committed Christian comfortable in a church environment and exhibit an appropriate demeanor on and off the job.

Additional Information

Anticipated Schedule: Thursday Evening Rehearsals; Sunday 7:30 am – 1:30 pm services. Additional event support hours might be required during certain times of the year.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Production Manager.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $250.00 - $400.00 per week

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
