Job Description:

As a UX Designer at Philips, you will follow a human-centered design process that includes analysis, exploration, storytelling, concept design, prototyping, and usability testing. The ideal candidate will have strong visualization, interaction, and prototyping skills, and be comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Master degree in Design, Design Research, or related discipline, or equivalent professional design training experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience with leadership potential.
• Demonstrable design or design research experience aligned with Philips Design mission, vision, and portfolio scope.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, and other design/prototyping tools, with flexibility to adapt to new tools and processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness and ability to travel globally to meet with customers.
