Job Description

CaaStle is seeking a freelance graphic designer to join our creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will ideate and create assets that support the marketing and business objectives of our company and clients. Work involves creating emails, website, and social assets for fashion brands like Express, Vince, Scotch & Soda, Gwynnie Bee, and Haverdash.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute concepts and assets for digital ads, emails, promos, banners, site pages, and social media.
• Ensure brand standards are consistent across all assets, including font, style, composition, colors, etc.
• Manage a high volume of projects with high-quality design aesthetic.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure key objectives are met while ensuring brand consistency.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to create cross-channel and site designs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Three plus years of graphic design experience, with expertise in email marketing and social media asset creation, preferably in a fashion, ecommerce, or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of direct marketing principles and a wide-ranging portfolio demonstrating expertise in paid/organic social media campaigns, website design, and email.
• Capacity to quickly adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and direction.
• Team player who can collaborate across multiple teams and accept diverse points of view and feedback.
• Process-driven approach to creative problem-solving within established frameworks.
• Proficiency in Photoshop; familiarity with After Effects, Figma, and InVision preferred.

Other Information

Pay Range: $50 - $70 an hour. Factors include job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
