Job Description:

We are looking for a Course Developer/Instructional Designer with experience to design, develop, and implement engaging learning materials. The role entails collaborating with stakeholders to create educational content that aligns with instructional design principles and e-learning technologies. The position involves working in Bengaluru office for 2 days and remotely for the remaining days.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or course development
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Experience with LMS, CMS, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Skills in problem-solving, creativity, multimedia tools, graphic design, and video editing are advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop instructional materials such as training modules, e-learning content, and assessments
• Collaborate with experts to analyze learning needs and design engaging learning experiences
• Create interactive e-learning content using authoring tools
• Ensure materials are accessible and align with industry standards
• Conduct QA checks on course content for accuracy and effectiveness
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in instructional design
• Work closely with stakeholders to meet project deadlines
• Provide guidance to junior team members and improve existing courses based on feedback
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the development process
