Job Description:
The UX Designer will be responsible for facilitating sessions, articulating vision and strategy, delivering concepts/prototypes, interpreting requirements into interfaces, and providing strategic design support. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in design language.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have 6+ years of experience in UX design, excellent storytelling and strategic partnership skills, proficiency in design research, strong visual design abilities using tools like Figma, and familiarity with Human Centered Design practices. Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving are also essential for success in this role.

- Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour
