Job Description
The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. They should be experienced in working on various design projects involving web-based applications. Proficiency in wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision is required. Up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is necessary.
Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to develop relationships and partnerships with customers, respond to their needs promptly, and demonstrate a sense of urgency. They should be able to independently identify options, organize, prioritize, and follow complex technical procedures. Experience in implementing federal programs like SNAP and designing applications using social services products is preferred.
Experience in designing and/or developing dashboards using Power BI, familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), and designing applications using low code/no code technologies like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics are desirable. Knowledge of DevOps practices and Shift Left testing is a plus.
