Job Description:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for the Marketing Department at Berkshire South Regional Community Center. The ideal candidate must have experience and training in graphic design, attention to detail, and a strong ability to collaborate with team members. Responsibilities include creating visually appealing designs for various marketing materials and digital platforms such as flyers, posters, social media content, and more.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred but not required

- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Social Media Platforms

- Understanding of color theory, typography best practices, and layout design

- Knowledge of design principles and requirements for print production and digital media

- Experience with Asana is preferred, video editing skills are a plus

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong communication skills

Additional Information:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
