Job Description

Intuitive is seeking a contract Instructional Designer to contribute to the Global Supply Chain team by designing and implementing innovative supply chain trainings. This role involves supporting the content design and deployment of training programs for internal and external stakeholders utilizing various delivery methods. The Instructional Designer will work towards the strategic goals of the Global Supply Chain department by harnessing technology to enhance program access and maintain a user-centric design approach aligned with the Intuitive brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience; Master’s Degree in instructional design preferred
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, visual communication, software training development, or related fields
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on human-centered design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, eLearning software (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia), and virtual classroom platforms

Work Schedule

Remote position with 8-hour shifts. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required with prior notice. Travel up to 10% for company functions and off-site training events.
