Job Description

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for determining the user experience of clients’ digital products. This includes organizing content, developing information architectures, documenting scenarios, and delivering detailed wireframes and function specifications. You will design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces that are simple, elegant, and beautiful through wireframes, visual compositions, and prototypes. Additionally, you will draw insights from data, provide guidance to the design team, collaborate with engineering teams, manage time effectively, and lead project work from a design perspective.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related industry experience in UX, product design, new media, information technology, communications, or library/information science.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven interpersonal skills, client relationship skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Thorough, detail-oriented, and highly organized working style with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, problem-solving, and quality across various digital platforms.
• Experience with process and business analysis, software development, large-scale projects, documentation, and modular design systems.
