Job Description
This job involves working primarily from home for two connected organisations, with a paid salary of £28kpa pro rata or £13.50ph. The role requires working 2pm-5.30pm a minimum of 3 days plus one full day a week. The responsibilities include overseeing child contact schedules, maintaining confidentiality, managing referrals, supervising volunteers, organizing team meetings, and assisting in board meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in working with children or caring for them
- Experience in child-centered work in areas like fostering, adoption, teaching, or family services
- Experience in managing teams of volunteers and staff
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of parental and carer conflict post-family breakdown
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Flexibility in accordance with job role needs
- Proficiency in using Office 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good internet connection and a dedicated home workspace within or near the M25 area
Social Media Manager/SEO
Develop and implement social media and SEO strategies. Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor performance metrics, conduct SEO best practices, keyword research, and collaborate with content teams. Stay updated on social media trends and assist in managing advertising campaigns.
