Job Description
Airship Interactive, a global gaming industry art and co-development studio, is seeking Character Artists to join their team. As a Character Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality character models and textures based on project requirements. You will collaborate with teams and work within UK time zones for live projects.
Requirements
- Professional experience in creating a variety of characters with a portfolio showcasing Low and High Poly assets and characters.
- Proficiency in digital sculpting, modeling, UV mapping, and texturing.
- Experience with software such as Maya, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Zbrush, Photoshop, and Blender.
- Experience with Realtime engines like Unreal and Unity.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Some experience in hard surface modeling.
Desirable
- Experience with Houdini is a plus.
- Experience with rigging and animation is preferred but not required.
