Job Description:

Our UX team supports the design efforts for clients, combining creative concepts and designs with cutting-edge technologies to create innovative customer experiences. The role involves working closely with various teams to create a unified, customer-driven design direction, requiring a strong eye for digital design excellence.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience as a designer/AEM author in related fields

- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch App

- Knowledge of W3C and other web design standards

- Understanding of usability/user-centered design, UX methodology, interactive design principles, and corporate branding

- Innovative mindset with a commitment to high standards

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Solutions-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions

- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
