Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Designer, the Associate Digital Designer will be responsible for creating static, animated, and video assets for various marketing initiatives. They will assist in developing B2B/B2C/internal emails, presentations, and internal visual requests.

• Design engaging video-based motion graphics for all marketing channels
• Ensure brand consistency as directed by the Senior Designer and Creative Director
• Collaborate with copywriters to create original content
• Complete project requests for social, print, and online ads, presentations, email designs, and more
• Stay updated on design trends and contribute to creative brainstorms

Requirements:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in advertising or B2B marketing
• BS/BA in Design or related field; portfolio required
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration, attitude, and communication skills
• Proficiency in typography, print production, and digital asset delivery
• Experience with UI/UX design tools like Sketch or Figma (preferred)
• Ability to create high-converting assets for digital content campaigns
