Job Description
Our client, a global broadcast media and entertainment company, is seeking a Junior Video Editor for their Los Angeles team. The role involves producing creative content, editing videos and motion graphics for diverse projects of varying lengths. This position is based onsite 3 days a week.
- Edit multiplatform video projects
- Create custom motion graphics
- Support series’ graphics templates creation
- Participate in brainstorming sessions
- Perform quality control on final deliveries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3+ years of editing experience in digital production or social media for major brands or agencies
- Proficiency in Adobe products like Premiere and After Effects
- Experience with Vprod/Vpost and digital delivery
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Additional Information
This is an 8-month initial contract with a possibility for extension. The ideal candidate should have strong post-production skills and be capable of meeting deadlines effectively. Entertainment or streaming experience is highly desirable for this role. The Junior Video Editor will collaborate with the in-house social creative team and be responsible for maintaining, executing, and organizing various creative projects.
