Job Description

As a User Experience Designer II in Fargo, ND, you will be responsible for creating user interaction task flows, developing mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate designs to digital product managers and development teams. You will apply knowledge of usability, human factors, and UI processes to create intuitive user experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams, conduct usability testing, maintain project design artifacts, and provide design reviews and suggestions to developers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX/Interaction Design, be proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision, and possess a working knowledge of software development, Agile methodologies, responsive design, and data-driven analytics tools. An educational background in a design or user experience-related field is preferred.

Education Preferred

Bachelor of Arts/Science in a Design or User Experience-related field (Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, etc.).

Years of Experience Required

3-5 years of UI/UX/Interaction Design experience.
