Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to lead our creative team at a branding and advertising agency in London. As a senior role, you will be responsible for setting the creative direction of the agency, managing a team of designers, and producing compelling ideas for campaigns and advertising. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be involved in concept visualisation, creative artwork, and typesetting, while also overseeing external/freelance support when needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

- Completed a degree-level course in graphic design, communication, or advertising

- Experience managing junior colleagues

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Strong typography skills and layout expertise

- 7+ years of industry experience

- Familiarity with design trends across various channels

- Experience in the charity/non-profit sector is a plus
