Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative User Experience Designer to join our team. As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging experiences for our web and mobile app. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs. If you have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and possess the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design
  • Collaborate with other designers to maintain a consistent visual style across products

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Omnigraffle, Visio, or Sketch
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision or Figma
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
  • Experience with Telerik UI controls is a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your digital design skills

  • Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
  • Experience level: 5 years
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday weekends as needed
  • Experience: UI: 5 years (Preferred), UX: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Work Location: Remote
