Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer passionate about creating innovative web applications using technologies like PHP Laravel and Node-React or other JavaScript UI Libraries/frameworks, .NET, or Django. You will be part of a cross-functional team delivering a high-quality order management solution, involved in analyzing specific requirements for complex functions these web applications will perform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop web applications and APIs using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, React.js, .NET, Django, MySQL or MongoDB, Azure, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Thorough testing, debugging, and optimizing application performance for high traffic and large datasets.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute ideas for process improvement, troubleshoot application issues, and provide technical support to users.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with PHP, JavaScript, and MVC, including some Laravel proficiency.
• Technical expertise in technologies including Git, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GCP, TypeScript, NodeJS, Ionic/Angular, ReactJS, React Native, PostgreSQL, with experience in mobile development within GCP.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL or MongoDB, API development and testing, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

• Previous experience with Laravel framework.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL databases, especially MySQL or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing and unit test design and implementation.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies and a passion for staying updated on technology trends.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, testing, and operations.
• Software development and deployment experience in Microsoft Azure platform.
• Experience with chat interfaces, web sockets, and message polling.

Other Details

• The role is for a 6 months contract with a strong possibility of permanence.
