Job Description

CrossTech is seeking a talented UX/UI designer to join our client’s team and play a crucial role in shaping user experience and interfaces for in-house web applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user-centered design and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the user-centered design process from research to creating prototypes.
  • Identify design problems and find elegant solutions through rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Develop visually appealing user interfaces to enhance overall user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in UX/UI design, focusing on responsive desktop and web-based applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating past projects and work samples.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design software like Figma, Sketch, Axure, or InVision.
  • Ability to gather detailed requirements and translate them into complete user experiences.
  • Experience in user research, testing, rapid prototyping, and addressing usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design best practices for responsive desktop and web-based applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable leading ideation sessions to transform abstract ideas into tangible designs.

Nice to Have

  • Graphic design experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
