Job Description:

The Audio Engineer is responsible for quality control of audio assets, metadata, system, and asset-level support for domestic and international users of our asset management systems. They need good critical listening skills and must troubleshoot domestic and international system and supply chain issues. The role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and occasional audio editing/mastering tasks.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in audio engineering/editing/post-production. - Knowledge or experience in Immersive Audio formats like Dolby Atmos and Sony 360 Reality Audio. - Familiarity with DDP, DSD, DVD, and Blu-ray is beneficial. - Strong critical listening skills and troubleshooting techniques. - Proficiency in digital audio, audio quality attributes, and digital compression formats. - Knowledge of audio editing software like Sequoia, Sound Forge, Protools. - Experience with digital asset management applications, audio digitization systems, and FTP/SFTP. - Excellent communication skills and troubleshooting experience is required.
