Job Description

Douglas Butler independent estate agents are looking for a Creative Designer to join their team. The role involves designing luxury property brochures, editing property videos, managing social media channels, and creating engaging content to promote the brand.

• Create visually appealing property brochures tailored to each property
• Design marketing materials that convey the brand message effectively
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness
• Produce compelling content including graphics, videos, and copy to drive traffic to the website and social media
• Assist in preparing/styling new homes that come on the market

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience as a graphic designer, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of social media platforms, creativity, and a passion for branding and property.

• Experience in graphic design, marketing, or advertising
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Creative mindset and passion for branding and property
