Diaspore - Animated Backgrounds

I am seeking an animator for a personal project. The project in question is titled “Diaspore,” a narrative about humanity’s future after an alien mutation renders earth uninhabitable. The successful candidate should be adept at animating backgrounds and ideally come equipped with a unique visual style. Although the project initially involves a singular task, there is potential for follow-up work. Given the nature of the project, the candidate should expect to be involved for over a week. Despite the role offering the ability to work remotely, my budget is limited to between $100-$250.
