Job Description

Media.Monks is seeking a talented Senior Designer with a focus on digital asset design for producing digital ads and assets for renowned brands.

Role & Responsibilities

• Specialize in creating platform projects and designing marketing assets for various channels
• Ensure designs meet expectations and align with client briefs
• Translate creative/client briefs into thorough design plans
• Create style proposals, sketches, and mockups for new projects
• Set or safeguard design styles, exceeding standards while pushing creative boundaries
• Improve work quality by providing new angles, best practices, and practical solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing FMCG materials, specifically in F&B
• Familiarity with local trends in Indonesia
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch
• Strong communication skills with global clients and colleagues
• Experience in all design process stages, from conceptualizing styles to final execution
• Skilled in creating beautiful layouts with a deep understanding of design principles
• Ability to present designs effectively to teams and clients
