Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Stage Hand to join our team. As a Stage Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting various productions and events, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
Duties:
- Assist with setting up and dismantling stage equipment and props
- Collaborate with the production team to execute set changes during performances
- Operate sound and other technical equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized backstage area
- Provide support for actors, performers, and crew members during rehearsals and shows
Requirements:
- Experience or interest in dance, theater productions
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in educating others on technical aspects of productions
- Knowledge of theater operations and terminology
Additional Information:
- Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal
- Pay: $75.00 per day
- Expected hours: 12 per week
- Day range: Weekends only
