Job Description:
Treble Girl Ent. is looking for a driven Music Publisher to play a vital role in discovering and promoting talented songwriters. This role involves identifying, developing, and monetizing musical works while earning commissions based on success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit talented songwriters and composers for representation.
- Pitch songs to potential users across various platforms.
- Negotiate publishing agreements and licensing deals.
- Manage songwriters’ catalogs and provide creative feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in music publishing, A&R, or related fields.
- Strong industry connections and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of music publishing agreements and copyright laws.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for music.
